Your iPad doesn't look like a keyboard, mouse, 15" CRT monitor and a great hulking box containing a Pentium 2. Your iPad doesn't look like your clunky laptop from 1995 either, which didn't have a touch screen. I don't see you lugging your laptop to starbucks, plugging it in and squinting at some low-res screen like you sit back and tap away at your iPad. So whilst the content may be similar, the medium is lightyears ahead. Some ideas need to wait for the vessel to evolve before they come to fruit.
